NEW PAYMENT, STATEMENT AND PARTS INVOICE DELIVERY OPTIONS
Here at Peterbilt Pacific Inc. we are always striving to improve Customer Service to our customers.

During the last few months we have been working to set up three new systems. The first will provide you with a Convenient Payment method.The second will provide you with an easy alternative to receiving your Monthly Statements. The third provides an additional option for receipt of your Parts Invoices and Work Orders. These systems are now in place and ready for utilization.

CONVENIENT PAYMENT METHOD - Online Banking
We now provide you with the ability to pay your Parts and Service account using your financial institution's Internet or telephone banking services. Financial institutions require your Peterbilt Pacific Inc. 5 digit Account Number to properly process your payment. You will find the Account Number on your last Statement (Upper Middle below the word ACCOUNT). If you have any Internet or telephone banking service questions, your financial institution's "help desk" will be able to assist you.

MONTHLY STATEMENT DELIVERY - Electronically
You can now receive your Monthly Statements from Peterbilt Pacific Inc. Electronically. To activate this, please respond with your Peterbilt Pacific Account Number and correct E-Mail Address to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

PARTS INVOICES DELIVERY - Electronically
We also provide an option to receive all Parts Invoices charged against your account to be automatically E-Mailed to you at the time of purchase. To activate this, please respond with your Peterbilt Pacific Account Number and correct E-Mail Address to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

REPAIR ORDERS DELIVERY - Electronically
The final item we can provide is an option to receive all Repair Orders charged against your account to be automatically E-Mailed to you. To activate this, please respond with your Peterbilt Pacific Account Number and correct E-Mail Address to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

* Please ensure you provide the correct E-Mail address. The only requirement for receipt of Statements, Parts Invoices, and Work Orders Electronically is that you have Adobe Reader on your computer. Questions can be addressed to any Peterbilt Pacific Inc. branch.
