Commercial Transport Technician
Heavy Duty Truck technicians inspect, diagnose, repair and service mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components of commercial transport trucks including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine and drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems using conventional tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment.
The Service Advisor acts as the communication liaison between customers and the repair technicians. Their duties include opening and closing repair orders, maintaining service records and overseeing the scheduling of repairs.
Parts Technicians perform ordering, warehousing, inventory control and sales of parts. Their duties also include identifying parts and equipment, searching for parts, shipping and receiving parts, providing customer service and advice, and maintaining records.
Truck Sales Representative
Salespeople are responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the department and maintaining current customer relationships and creating new customer relationships.
